As a Senior Buyer for Corporate Service & Marketing you will be a part of our fantastic Indirect Procurement department located in Sweden and China. We are a diverse team so you will meet lots of caring and collaborative people with different backgrounds. Indirect Procurement (IDP) is responsible for procurement of all non-production materials, services and IT. The Senior Buyer position is a challenging and developing role where you together with your stakeholders will contribute to create world class powertrain solutions.

Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5 years' purchasing experience
• Communicative and a strong negotiator as well as fluent in English, written and spoken
•
You are motivated to find new solutions and opportunities and dare to challenge status quo with our suppliers and our stakeholders
• Can manage parallel projects and see the whole picture of a business case and are a strong team player who are honest and actively work with self-development
• Results-focused self-starter, with a positive mindset
• Analytic mindset with advanced Excel skills
Your role at Aurobay
As a senior Buyer you will:
• Accountable for Procurement end-to end deliveries (Strategy, Sourcing, Supplier portfolio, Running production)
• Own, prioritize and secure the Procurement deliveries as well as to maximize the business value through the whole lifecycle.
• Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered
• Drive internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize the business by identifying and implementing commercial, technical and supply chain cost saving opportunities
