hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior Business Systems Manager to HID Global.
HID Global is a worldwide provider of Secure Identity Solutions. It is the trusted source for innovative products, solutions and services that help millions of customers around the globe to create, manage and use secure identities. Even though HID is a global company with its own rights, it is fully owned by Assa Abloy and stands for 40 percent of their annual turnover. At present HID Global consists of 3000 employees in total and they are now looking for a a Senior Business Systems Manager to their Swedish office located in Stockholm. The company is divided into different divisions and this person will be working within the biggest division; the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
PACS has for a long time been the traditional part of the business by developing cards, printers and mechanisms around access control. At the moment the division is going through a massive change in terms of how the business is migrating from much more of a traditional hardware based product and solution into very heavy virtual credential. The physical card will be replaced by time with a virtual secure credential in a mobile device.
While taking a large step towards cloud, towards mass adaption to the solution, the IT function has to keep phase. As this is transitioning, the Senior Business Systems Manager will be a key member of the HID Global IT department in driving solution development and improvement efforts across the PACS Global Business Unit (GBU) and form the bridging role into the IT department to ensure effective solution design and delivery. This person has a great responsibility in making sure the division is aligned and that the IT department is ready and head of the game so that they don't let the GBU down. The role itself will be associated to the cloud function and the cloud product and as the Senior Business Systems Manager you will work closely to the Cloud Services Leadership Team with the Director of Cloud Service Operation of PACS working at the Swedish office. You will be reporting to the VP of the Global IT function.
The role is a hybrid of Business Analysis, Solution Design, Project Management, Service Delivery and Relationship Management. This will include the identification and definition of end-to-end business scenarios, critical interface points and core business measures which are critical to the PACS business strategy. You will be proficient in interpreting and authoring business requirements, customer use cases, process documentation and executing end-to-end User Acceptance testing to validate these business scenarios. You will be responsible for ensuring that the GBU is successful and delivers new, top of the line solutions.
The person HID Global is looking for has been working in a similar role or a business role driving IT solution delivery for at least five years. You have a strong Cloud systems and operations knowledge and you have enough technical skills to have deep level technical discussions, even though hands-on experience is not required. You have a degree in related field or additional years' experience and is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Since HID is a global company with the HQ located in Austin and VP in the UK, you need to be aware of that there will be a lot of traveling involved.
