Volvo Group Telematics is hosted by Volvo IT and is a newly formed global organization within the Volvo Group providing telematics off-board services. Volvo Group Telematics enables & accelerate customer-oriented off-board telematics service development & delivery.
Volvo Group Telematics supports the Volvo Group and external customers in the Automotive Car OEM segment, such as BMW and Volvo Cars through the WirelessCar brand.
Senior Business/System Analysts
We are looking for a senior System/Business Analysts for our projects at Volvo Group Telematics. You will among many other tasks lead the requirements work in our projects.
Qualifications:
You are skilled in Business Analysis methods and tools and have experience of leading requirements management either in projects or from the business side. You have a holistic view of system development. You know how to translate users and customers' expectations into future IT solutions.
You have general knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process and you have more than 5 years' experience of IT software development with focus on requirement management. Also you have documented experience of leading requirement management work and you have high ability to evaluate and interpret relevant data and information. You need to have knowledge of tools and methods used within Business analysis. Preferably you have experience from Agile Software Development and Scrum projects, and you will also bring additional value to our customers if you have worked with Usability
Combination skills requirement management - and domain knowledge with in automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
You are a driven person that enjoy teamwork and can contribute with team spirit. You act responsible with integrity and are service minded with a customer focus. Problem analysis and solving are two of your strong sides. You can grasp complex contexts and you have a structure way of working and are also flexible in your work.
The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player. You have to have the ability establish and maintain good relations and also have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization. You are proactive and have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve your knowledge. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
