About the role
You will be joining an existing team of colleagues with various backgrounds and skill sets. Together, we work with performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, investment cases, sales, and cost analysis, rolling forecast processes, annual business planning, ambition, and target dialogue with the entire organization.
You will be working in close collaboration with the business, senior management team and your team members in finance-related tasks. You will be an ambassador between the global and local business support teams through maintaining a good and close dialogue, and play a key role in the integration of the financial processes with Coloplast together with the Group Finance team (representing business side)
As you start your new job, you can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes where you will provide high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that lay the foundation for key decision-making at senior management level.
Your responsibilities
Drive the performance management process for the Group
Keep the performance material including KPIs, presentation, templates up to date and fit for purpose - transform performance material into PowerBI dashboards
Work with the month end closing process focusing on analysis of the full P&L and BS
Ensure fit-for-purpose reporting and analysis templates for the global organization
Continuously improve the reporting processes (SAP, E1, COGNOS, Power BI, Sales force) to drive efficiency and support decision making
Drive the quarterly rolling forecast process in close collaboration with the rest of the Commercial and Group Finance teams
Support the Commercial Development team in the creation of the Annual business planning process, especially focusing on the financial templates and the link to Cognos
Support in other financial reporting tasks including sustainability reporting and risk reporting as required
About you
As a person, you have a strong eye for detail while at the same time being able to apply the "helicopter" perspective and see business needs. You have a natural skill for process, structure and systems and understand the need for providing relevant analysis and insights into the business. Have a master's degree in finance, business or similar
Have ideally 5-10 years of experience from a consulting firm, audit firm, investment bank or equivalent role in a global company
You have a strong personal drive and an eagerness to learn and thrive in a team environment but are also able to work independently
You speak and write English fluently
