Are you a sales professional with skills in business development, partner relations and go-to-market strategies? Are you also interested in gaming and enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Then look no further. We're looking for a Global Business Developer who will manage our international EA account.

We at Exertis Ztorm are a hard working and passionate team with high ambitions and goals. Using our state-of-the-art digital distribution service we enable sales of top gaming and software brands through a global network of API-connected retailers, both online and in-store. The Ztorm service is the spider in the web between Game/Software publishers, retailers, and providers. The publishers we work with include EA, Ubisoft, Microsoft, SEGA, Bethesda, Rockstar, Adobe, to name a few. On the retailer side we have Humble Bundle, Newegg, CDON, Elkjöp, GAME and many more. Providers we integrate with include Origin, Uplay, Xbox, Symantec, etc.

The EA account is one of our key partnerships where we act as their appointed global digital distributor. We are assisting EA to roll out digital content delivery technology across existing & new online and physical retail partners across the world.

You will be expected to work closely with EA, both on a global and regional level, to coordinate the distribution of their games and to take advantage of opportunities as they come. As Business Developer, you'll have a customer-centric approach to your work as you will take a leading role in our network-growth & digital@retail strategy. You report directly to the Head of Commercial.

As Business Developer you will

• Be the main point of contact and responsible for the EA account, develop, coordinate and track market roadmaps together with local EA stakeholders and the wider Exertis group
• Sign and onboard new retailers
• Anticipate market trends and make sure that EA's products get visibility across the network

• Identify new opportunities and ensure they get evaluated and prioritized within the team
• Create innovative go-to-market strategies for EA's products
• Own and develop our global digital@retail strategy
• Travel internationally to meet with our partners and EA teams
• Develop and continue to improve routines, standards, and processes

Your skills and expertise

You've previously worked with managing large accounts, both operatively and strategically, and you have experience in the gaming or software industry. You're experienced in distribution, preferably on an international level, and you have previously worked with improvements and implementation of routines and processes. As a person, you are proactive and hands on but at the same time strategic and business oriented. You're passionate about creating new business opportunities and you're skilled at following through and implementing your ideas. You're an excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Requirements

• Demonstrable relevant work experience in business/partnership development
• Good knowledge and a strong passion for video games and/or technology
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to engage and influence relevant stakeholders, both internal & external
• Excellent decision-making capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be detailed oriented and have an excellent eye for quality
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time
• Organizational skills and ability to work under tight timelines
• Ability and willingness to travel as required

Additional is highly desirable if you have extra language skills in French/German/Portuguese/Korean or Mandarin.
