We are currently in the midst of one of the largest transformations to ever take place within Swedbank and the Savings area and we need your help. We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to our Performance & Analytics team to help us continue transition into an insights- and data-driven bank serving millions of clients within Savings, Pension, Insurance and advisory services.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Work alongside senior stakeholders within the bank to ensure progress in our strategic transformation areas
• Scoping and leading projects that helps the organization to take better informed, data-driven decisions
• Showcase your strong communication and management consulting skills through crisp, well-packaged decision material
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to find valuable insights on our customers and sales pipelines
• Help facilitate business steering, reporting and follow-up of all our product areas
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field, or a great reason for not having one
• Experience from senior stakeholder management, preferably from previous role as management consultant
• Proven project management skills, preferably from agile methodologies
• Experience from facilitating KPI, OKR and other types of business steering processes
• Demonstrated skills in Powerpoint and Excel, experience from BI-tools is helpful
• Experience from working data driven with customer insights and analyses is advantageous
• Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
