Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Developer/Project Manager for an exciting opportunity at Saab's Special Mission & Regional Aircraft (SMRA) division in Linköping. This role focuses on conducting a feasibility study on scenario planning methodologies in a complex multi-project environment to enhance capacity planning for SMRA and associated organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Feasibility Study:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing scenario planning methodologies.
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in current capacity planning processes.
Develop a structured approach to scenario planning in a multi-project environment.
Capacity Planning Optimization:
Assess how different scenario models can improve resource allocation.
Collaborate with various departments to understand workload, project dependencies, and risk factors.
Propose strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Implementation Support:
Beyond the feasibility study, there is an opportunity to take part in implementing the recommended solutions.
Work closely with teams to develop tools, frameworks, and workflows for practical application.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the newly introduced methodologies.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in business development, project management, or strategic planning.
Strong background in scenario planning, forecasting, or risk assessment in a multi-project environment.
Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or complex engineering projects is highly desirable.
Ability to analyze, structure, and present complex information clearly.
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
