Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to details and quality. For us there's no right or wrong when it comes to style, just possibilities and the joy of self-expression.
We currently have 77 stores in 24 markets and offer online selling in 33 markets through Stroies.com and external partners. And we are growing!
Job Description
We are looking for:
A Senior Business Developer, an important role in our ongoing development of our brand and business.
We are looking for someone who can identify, strategize, enable, drive and implement business development initiatives in line with goals and direction for & Other Stories from start to reached effect.
You encourage and contribute to the shared responsibility of creating and protecting an inclusive and welcoming workplace where everyone is allowed to self-identify.
Main responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Developer at & other Stories, these will be your main responsibilities, but depending on who you are, other responsibilities can be added as well.
• You identify, question, prioritize, drive and implement business development initiatives for Stories in close collaboration with function heads, Business Tech and other stake holders.
• You proactively drive the full scope of business development initiatives for Stories - from risk assessments to follow up.
• You are responsible for keeping the holistic overview of the full portfolio of development initiatives within & other Stories.
• You secure business realization and achievement on planned result.
• You act as a strategic partner for function heads and group functions, being the enabler for good collaboration - always with the customer on top of mind.
Qualifications
We would love to meet someone who:
• Has minimum of 10 years of experience from fashion or retail, working with business development and project management
• Is an experienced leader, from leading teams or leading projects
• Has a strong background from tech related development, preferably from e-commerce, Omni/retail or FMCG
• Has a strong strategic mindset
• Has great knowledge and understanding of our business
• Is result- and action oriented with a strong drive and perseverance
• Is analytical, organized and strong in communication
• Is a relation builder - within Stories, with group functions and in alignment between them
• Is curious and courageous, with the ability to execute on set plans - always driven by our values
