Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.
Within PMO at CEVT we have the responsibilty for our development system - NPDS (New Product Developement System). NPDS is developed by CEVT togheter with GEELY. As Business developer NPDS you will govern all process with in the product development system and also be the business owner for our Quality Management System for Product Developement (NPDS IT System). You will work in close coorporation with all Process Owners and Process Managers. Since NPDS is GEELYS global system for Product Development you will also work toghether with our counter part at GEELY. In additional to the NPDS responsibilty you will also drive specific Business developement projects in areas where we see a need for improvment.
In this role you will report to the Director Operational Development and Process Management.
Work tasks
* Ensure that all process is clearly defined, efficient and correct
* Ensure that process is aligned to the master logic and interface processes
* Ensure that all process descriptions, deliverables, standard work exists for the process.
* Ensure the continuous improvement of NPDS.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience within an R&D organisation
University degree
Work related competencies/knowledge:
* Innovative, holistic and pro-active mind-set
* Customer and business oriented mind-set
* Good at English, spoken and written, is required
* R&D Experience
* Experience from Automotive product development
Knowledge in Agile methods is desirable
