Job description:
As a Senior Business Controller at E.ON you're a part of one of Sweden's most exciting companies. Within your business area you're responsible for performance monitoring and analysis based on operational KPIs, as well as KPI reporting and development of dashboards. You are in change of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. As a Senior Business Controller, you are also expected to support closing activities and actuals reporting. Overall you work to provide financial expertise and support to both the operational business, as well as development projects. You will work to assure highest possible quality in investment proposals and business cases, and take an active part in investment boards and steering groups. Your tasks will also include risk analysis and risk reporting, challenging the business to drive improvements, and to continuously work to improve analyzing tools, reporting and controlling processes and systems. The role, of course, includes ad hoc tasks like analysis and creation of presentation material based on management needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in the role as Senior Business Controller at E.ON Finance, you have at least 3 - 5 years of experience within Business Controlling, or very similar functions.
You have very strong analytical skills and the ability to capture, understand, interlink and evaluate information that are relevant for the business you work with. You have good customer and market knowledge, which gives you the ability to balance customer needs and corporate interests. You can identify root causes to problems and you can find and drive improvements. You also have excellent presentations skills, both verbal and written (Swedish and English), as well as the ability to present complex matters in elegant and understandable key messages.
The position concerns an initial staffing assignment through Poolia, with a good opportunity for later employment directly by the client.
