hela Sverige Are you a Senior Business Controller / SDS Manager / Sales Controller with experience from FMCG? Are you available immediately? If so, then we have the perfect assignment for you with our client - a well known international company within fast moving consumer goods.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Business Controller / SDS Manager / Sales Controller you will be accountable for providing consistent and strategic financial performance analysis and business partner support to the Commercial and relevant Country teams.You will be an integral member of the Commercial Management Team within your geography and play a key role in supporting business decisions through the optimization of brand investments that will result in superior brand performance. Your tasks includes but are not limited to:
• Provide timely analysis on top line performance (Sales and pricing), NS, GP, promotional activity analysis / ROI
and customer/Country/ Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Support commercial teams with management/control of pricing, discounts, and trade spend opportunities and effectiveness
• Lead the financial budgeting and planning process for the commercial team
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks and opportunities to the business
• Build and foster solid business partnering relationships with internal and external customers and service providers
• Provide expertise to Regional / Cluster Commercial Teams on all financial aspects of the Commercial plans
• Provide execution and financial analysis of the Sales & Operations (S&OP) process
Qualifications
• Strong track record of performance and delivery within Finance in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG
Environment)
• Strong accounting and financial technical skills
• Understanding of commercial activities and plans with strong customer focus· Solid experience of managing a P&L, forecasting, ROI calculations, Excise & Duty impacts, risk management, A&P management, price structures and financial reporting
• Effective communication skills, able to influence comfortably with senior leaders and motivate change
• Able to think strategically and understand the business and Category drivers as well as paying attention to details
• Advanced expertise in MS Office including Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Conditional Functions, etc.) and proficiency in excel, data collection and analytics
• Proficiency in English language
