We are currently looking for a driven Senior Business Controller who can drive the development within Business Controlling for our Non-Terminal Based Operations. In this positions you have the overall responsibility for financial analysis and processes as well as reporting and budget for the business area NTBO Domestic. Business Controlling function for NTBO Domestic, including the Senior Business Controller, consist of 2 employees. You will be a full member of the Freight Sweden NTBO management team and report directly to the Director of Business Controlling.

The position is full time and placement is Örebro, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
Lead and drive development of Business Controlling function for NTBO Domestic
Reporting and controlling of actuals and follow-up versus budget.
Operational part of balance sheet reconciliation and follow-up.
Development, follow-up, and analysis of business action plans versus targets and forecast
Establish reporting and documentation for operational decision-making
Responsible for budget process and implementations for NTBO Domestic
Secure, maintain, and further develop BI-solutions and tools to continuously improve transparency
Responsible for consolidating and validating strategic planning within business area
Responsible for investment documentation and BCAs within NTBO Domestic
NTBO Domestic 's representative during internal and external audit
Responsible for all coordination within Business Controlling for NTBO Domestic
Who are you?
As a person we are looking for a good leader with great communication skills combined with analytical abilities and mindset for details. You thrive with own responsibilities and have the ability to discover business opportunities and to develop business strategies to secure implementation and achievement of these. You have documented leadership experience and ability to challenge and develop your team.
You have relevant education within Finance/Business Administration and 5-10 years working experience within Controlling. You have strong analytical skills and wide experience with handling Profit & Loss as well as balance sheets and reporting/communicating to operations. To be successful in the position it is important to work closely together with operations and have a commercial mindset and influencing capabilities at all levels. You work pro-actively in a solution oriented manner in order to deliver according to set deadlines.
Prerequisites?
Swedish language, spoken and written at a professional level, is a prerequisite for the role and as our environment is often International also English language at a professional level is a must. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed, and it is an advantage to have experience within logistics industry.
