Job summary
Would you like to join Tetra Pak and be part of our packaging material supply business control team as senior business controller?
Within the business control team you will play a key role in driving standardisation of reporting and development of reporting and analysis tools.
The role is within the global team supporting and consolidating reporting and control for packaging material factories around the globe. On top of reporting the team also plays a key role in business partnering and governance for the global packaging material supply organisation.
In this position you will drive standardisation and development of reporting as well as global analysis and projects within the team.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Consolidation of global reporting
Global analysis
Development of reporting and analysis tools
Drive improvement and standardisation projects
System expert for main financial tools
To be successful in this role we believe you have
5+ years' experience of business control in a production unit
Experience in working in multi-cultural environment
Good communication skills and English language level, both written and presentation skills
Stakeholder engagement and alliance building expertise
Track record in successfully collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams
Documented experience developing and executing public relations strategies; communications plans including copy writing; and writing press releases and articles
Bachelor 's degree (MA, MBA or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
Proficiency in SAP and Power BI reports creation, good skill level in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in working with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean or similar continuous improvement approach seen as a strong benefit
As an individual you are self-driven, engaging and a team player. You excel at handling challenging situations demonstrating a structured approach to tasks. You manage to effectively prioritise and adapt when urgency arises while continuing to manage communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
