NASDAQ OMX is currently looking for a senior Business Analyst for our Stockholm office.
As Senior BA you will be responsible for managing complex projects/programs of major size, risk, and business complexity or strategic importance at a corporate level.
Assignment includes:
Delivery of integrated solutions according to contract, including:
• Adaptations and delivery of NASDAQ OMX systems
• Adaptations to customers existing systems
• Adaptations delivery and integration of 3rd-party systems
• Migration from current to new system
• Production launch
• On time delivery, within budget and with quality, and service exceeding the customers expectations
Define and manage major program deliveries to deliver expected customer benefits
Qualified candidates MUST have:
• University degree
• Preferably more than 10 years of professional experience and more than 7 years experience of system development within the financial sector.
• At least 5 years experience as Requirement analyst within financial sector.
• Must have experience from the finance industry
• Experience from large IT-integration projects
• Excellent analytical and methodical skills
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English

This is a permanent full time position located in Stockholm. However, there will be a fair amount of travel depending on the current assignment. Desired start date is as soon as possible.
