What's in it for you
You will be part of the agile release train within Digital called Ordering. We support Direct and Wholesale channels by enabling online and offline car ordering globally, also including sibling brands like Polestar.

You will be part of defining the company's Data, Analytics, AI and Data architecture strategies and governances by providing intelligent products, services, tools & value measures. You will also be able to Evangelize and foster the adoption of a Data-Driven Culture within the company.
We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst and Data Information Architect focusing on Data & Information Architecture with strong domain understanding and inspiration to turn theory into practice!
What you'll do
You will actively be working with data, information & process modeling as well as data architecture by turning theory into practice. You are expected to leverage your experience in securing the connection between processes and information as well as ensuring that the IT requirements meet the business needs. You will actively support the organization to meet new business demands. You will solve business problems by exploring trends and patterns in data and transform them into actionable insights. You will lead the design work of our new solutions. You will tell stories by applying your excellent data visualization skills.
You and your skills
You will be focusing on data & information architecture; you have the know-how to leverage data for efficient decisions. You have an analytical mindset with the ability and willingness to both translate how we best build and deliver value as well as the courage to get hands-on when there is a need. During your career, you have developed skills and experience for efficient facilitation in different formats and scenarios.
We believe you have 5+ years of working experience within Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence and Analytics. You have experience from one or several architectural frameworks, modeling and documentation tools and Azure Data Services. You have knowledge and experience from working within large organizations utilizing agile methodologies such as SAFE, Scrum and/or Kanban. Preferably, you have knowledge about both centralized and decentralized organizational models related to Insights, such as Data Mesh architecture. You have a BSc/MSc, or equivalent training in Computer Science or another relevant subject area.
