The position
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will work in our R&D Integrations team. Within R&D Integrations, we work with many exciting initiatives to enable different stakeholders in the care chain to securely exchange information with our electronic health record COSMIC through various integrations. The integrations enable, for example, patients to be able to read their medical records online or book an appointment via a web diary. Or for healthcare professionals in a hospital to be able to receive information from an ambulance system or manage electronic sick leave certificates directly in our electronic health record COSMIC.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our agile development teams including developers, architects, product owners, UX designers and informaticians in Sweden and Sri Lanka, to investigate and analyze needs and design integration solutions for the development of both new and existing products. You will also get the opportunity to work strategically, ensuring scalability and interoperability of our products. You are an important link between the developers and the customer, with the mission to understand the needs of end users and translate them into technical solutions. You often get to follow a project all the way from pre-study to development and implementation at the customer's premises. Requirements
• Experience of working with business analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar.
• Understanding of how business needs can be translated into software development
• Good ability to facilitate and collaborate with Product Owner, architects, systemdevelopers and UX Designers
• Communicates fluently in English in speech and writing
It's a bonus if you
• Previously have worked within healthcare
• Highly meritorious with experience of COSMIC and related integration solutions
• Experience of informatics, and/or integration work
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and specifications (Open EHR, FHIR, SNOMED CT)
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
