In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a part of the exciting area in Digital Banking working to improve efficiency for Advisors working with PEGA Sales & Service, Internet bank and Mobile app.
• Join a cross functional agile team continuously delivering value to our customers and advisors.
• Collaborate with the Agile Product Owner and other Business Analysts breaking down Investment opportunities to MVPs and backlog items.
• Anchor the backlog items and create the detailed requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team.
• Acceptance test developed features before release.
• Act as a team player in the cross functional team continiously improve the way of working.
• Help the team to release and deliver frequently new features and make sure our CRM service is maintained with good quality.
What is needed in this role:
• Own a degree in computer science or similar.
• Experience working with Business Requirement and acceptance test.
• Have experience in the bank sector.
• Experience in working agile in a Cross functional team.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have strong requirement documentation skills and experience working in JIRA.
• Fluent in English and in Swedish language.
