Description:
We are now looking for a senior business analyst.
As a senior business analyst within Service Development & Architecture, you will be part of a dedicated team providing an end-to-end service to the Strategy, Brand & Retail organization.
You will support development initiatives and projects in managing requirements, being part of suggesting the solution, requesting new or updated existing services and applications within the domain area. You take part in the elaboration phase and secure the project deliveries by validating, testing and accepting the result, together with rest of the project team.
You work in close contact with business stakeholders, IT delivery organization and vendors to create valuable services for our customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the requirements to any associating application or system
• Participate in Requirement review
• Coordinate with other projects
• Coordinate with developer to make sure all requirements will be taken care of
• Review Solution Proposals, Functional specifications and Test cases
• Responsible for User Acceptance Test
• Participate in Defect analysis
• Be available for questions from developers
• Documented IT experience from large/complex applications and projects in large global organisations
• Experience of Testing applications and writing test cases
• Experience from working in close contact with business
• Experience from a global IT environment
• Experience from project work
Required Skills:
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Good communication skills; the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and people without technical knowledge.
• Communicate by mail, phone and skype, and act on different organizational levels in an international environment
• Good collaboration and relational skills; comfortable working with and leading other skilled professionals in project teams towards common goals.
• Ability to understand different end users and their technical issues, future technical impediments
• Be innovative and eager to reach needed results, persistence in gathering information
• Ability to document and present findings using MS Office Suite tools
• Be able to convert and form collected data into requirements, descriptions, guidelines
• Experience of project management
