About the Role
You will join a complex banking environment in the middle of an important payment and data transformation journey. In this role, you will work across teams and disciplines to turn business needs into clear, structured requirements that support both operational and technical progress.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, product management, architecture, development and QA. The role suits you if you enjoy creating clarity in complex settings, driving refinement forward and helping different teams align around scope, needs and solutions. It is an exciting opportunity to influence critical initiatives in a fast-moving payments domain with many parallel efforts.
Job DescriptionYou will lead, coordinate and drive refinement work across teams and initiatives.
You will collect, analyze and translate business needs into functional and system requirement specifications.
You will work closely with stakeholders at different levels, including business and operations experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA and subject matter experts.
You will help define requirements and scope for multiple parallel initiatives in a structured and pragmatic way.
You will facilitate requirement gathering directly with stakeholders, for example through workshops and ongoing dialogue.
You will contribute to alignment between business and IT in an environment with complex systems and large initiatives.
RequirementsAt least 15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within IT in an agile environment.
Fluent English and Swedish.
Experience documenting requirements in a structured manner.
Previous experience from banking.
A technical background, technical education and some years of experience working as a developer or tester.
Experience working with many initiatives or projects at the same time.
Experience working with complex systems and/or large, complex projects.
Experience coordinating, networking and managing stakeholders across several areas.
Experience collecting requirements directly from stakeholders, for example through workshops.
A pragmatic and adaptable way of working, with the ability to define and move forward tasks that may initially be vague.
Nice to haveExperience from the payments area.
