BDS - Business Demand & Strategy - has the responsibility to balance the business requirements and demand on IT with the capabilities of VCIT. BDS is responsible for strategic planning of IT and alignment with business plans. BDS captures business demands, prepares OD projects, and governs all IT delivery towards the business. IT Innovation Office is a new staff-function in BDS. The purpose of IT Innovation Office is to challenge and support business units with new opportunities enabled by Information Technology and to capture business strategic and tactical demands on IT services. IT Innovation Office will have dedicated resources for the focused areas: Connected Car, Digital Excellence and Digital Worker.
Main responsibilities are support the business in global digital marketing development, including areas such as:
• Web site management
• Car configurators and locators
• Mobile and Digital Retail channels
• Content/Asset Management
• Owner's dedicated web sites
• Social media platforms
• Campaigns
• Participate in IT strategy development by securing IT alignment between digital marketing, CRM, and Global Sales related processes and strategies
• Together with the business, drive the expansion of the digital footprint to more "digital screens" such as digital devices (iPad /iPhone, Android phones, Touch@Retail, etc.)
• Lead pre-studies, project assessments, and manage analysis of customer requirements
• Act as channel from IT to the business and be responsible for translating business wants and needs into concrete requirements
• Identify how VCC can leverage its strengths and improve its weaknesses through the business processes
• Work with Enterprise Architecture team to secure adherence to information architecture principles and technology standards
• Process mapping. both in context of maintaining, applying and communicating business area knowledge, and to focus and drive analysis efforts
• Apply data modeling to organize the data flowing through the business processes, i.e. conceptual and logical data modeling
• Identify changes and assessing impact of application portfolio
• Plan the requirements development process and determine how to develop and specify requirements in enough detail to allow them to be successfully implemented in projects
• Works closely with the technical team during testing, record and track technical issues and implement any needed changes
• Ensure appropriate use of VCC IT processes, tools and methodologies
• Workshop facilitation
Required Qualifications:
At least five years of progressive responsibilities in Business Analysis in either an IT or Business role. Experience of marketing processes and solutions, especially in the digital area. Experience in interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and making recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in evaluating business cases and estimating IT project scope & cost . Understanding of the VCC businesses, and the issues and challenges facing the industry and organization.

Process with a holistic approach, customer oriented and business focused, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication, enthusiastic, self motivated, strong ability to cooperate and network, structured and well planned , skills and competence to deliver training and coaching & proven track reco.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
