hela Sverige We are searching for a Senior Brand Manager to Pernod Ricard Sweden. This is a 6 month consultant position with start in January. You will be hired as a consultant through KIMM & Wise Professionals. For the right person there might be an opportunity of employment directly by Pernod Ricard after the consultant period.
Purpose of the position
As a Senior Brand Manager your main focus is brand specialist; responsible for the management of the Pernod Ricard White Spirits portfolio in Sweden. The portfolio is spirit brands (vodka, rum, gin and liqueurs), with primary focus on Absolut, Beefeater, Havana Club and Minttu. You will have two direct reports and work closely with the marketing team, sales, finance and agencies. Examples of tasks includes;
Develop Stratplan and annual Brand Plans & Budget for key brands
Create and implement marketing initiatives for your brands (media, PR, events, trade campaigns, POS material)
Identify and develop relevant collaborations for key brands.
Follow up and report monthly on brand performance and A spendings, evaluate marketing activities and define corrective actions
Secure good and fruitful partnership with PR brand owners.
Keep track of consumer needs and behaviours, competitor activity and business environment
Close cooperation with Sales, Trade Marketing and Business Control
Coach and develop team members incl. annual appraisal
Experience and personal qualities
You are a creative, innovative and passionate marketer with at least 7 years of general work experience and a minimum 2 years of international experience. It is critical that you have experience from FMCG and preferably with spirits/wine or other premium products. You have a University business degree and is fluent in English and Swedish both written and oral/spoken. To enjoy this role, we believe that you are a strategic visionary leader. You are result oriented, organized and analytical. Furthermore, you keep up with industry trends and you lead yourself and others by motivating and influencing.
