Build strong category and segment knowledge
Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
Follow up on market development and consumer insight
Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with our Creative Services
Coaching of more junior members of the team
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' relevant Brand Management experience, preferably from an international environment
Experience in concept / product development
Strong branding experience
Strong strategic marketing experience
Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
Experience in Beauty & Personal Care and direct selling industry
Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
