Creative, strategically minded and growth-oriented marketer. That's the ideal profile for the right candidate applying for the position as Senior Brand Manager for our Alcohol Free Brews portfolio. In this cross-functional role you're given the opportunity to work with our wide and fast growing portfolio of alco-free brews, a prioritized area within Carlsberg Sweden.
The role as Senior Brand Manager for Alcohol Free Brews (AFB) serves as the overall AFB expert in Carlsberg Sweden and has responsibility for driving the portfolio of alcohol-free brews including for example: Carlsberg Alcohol Free and Pripps Radler. As Senior Brand Manager you are responsible for the development of strategic mid to long term AFB category and portfolio plans and you work closely with a wide set of internal and external stakeholders to embed the plan and strategy to the brand, channel and customer plans. As senior brand manager you will also be a key stakeholder in the innovations projects within the portfolio and will have several points of contact, requiring great stakeholder management for cross-functional alignment.
As senior brand Manager you report to the Marketing Manager of Core Beer, however also in daily cooperation with the respective brand owners. As such you act as the key connector and AFB strategist for all brands within Carlsberg Sweden.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a well experienced professional with an university degree within marketing or similar and with 5+ years of brand marketing experience and further business applicable experience. The ideal candidate will have experience from working within FMCG and with further knowledge and interest in the portfolio development of products within the scope of AFB. We are looking for someone who is highly familiar in working with a portfolio of brands, product innovations as well as brand management and with experience from working with senior stakeholders on international level.
To be successful in the role you should be used to working individually with a passion for improvement as well as working in a team structure. As such well experienced in project management and capable to navigate in an international matrix organization. You are a strong communicator with experience from wide stakeholder management. It's a role requiring a cross-functional mindset with the ability to prioritize and work proactively, within both a local and international framework. You will closely track KPIs on a monthly basis and constantly and curiously seek the latest trends and insights within the AFB landscape.
Preferably you speak and write both Swedish and English, however minimal fluency in English is required in the role. Strong written and verbal communications skills are required. You are an ambitious and strategically minded person with a senior background within the field of brand marketing, product portfolio strategy and commercial planning. You have experience from partnering with senior leaders and have the capacity to both work towards a set objective as well as leading the development of objectives within the product portfolio.
