Full brand management responsibility
Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
Follow up on market development and consumer insight
Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with Communications department
Coaching of more junior members of the team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience, preferably from an international environment
Experience in concept / product development
Solid branding experience
Strong strategic marketing experience
Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
Solid experience in cosmetics, make-up and direct selling industry
Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
