The Centra backend includes:

• PHP / Go / nodejs
• MariaDB / MySQL
• PHP-fpm, Nginx
• Redis, ElasticSearch, Datadog
• Terraform, Ansible
• DigitalOcean, Heroku, AWS (RDS, S3 etc.)
• Github, CircleCI, Trello

The right candidate will want to:

• Develop new products and features
• Maintain, refactor and improve existing products
• Work in a distributed, asynchronous, English speaking environment
• Actively participate in planning, design and implementation of systems
• Think holistically about delivering value to Centra customers by helping us improve all layers of our stack
• Participate in and help evolve Lean/Agile development process

Some nice-to-have skills are:

• TDD/BDD
• Event sourcing/DDD
• Microservices architecture

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team on Långholmen in Stockholm. At Centra, we want a person with a good skillset and an eagerness to learn together and solve problems as a team. English is our working language, so you need to be a fluent English speaker.
