We are looking for Senior Automotive NVH Engineer who will work on E-mobility. Our sound and vibration- NVH team are professionals with extensive knowledge in structural dynamics,vibration & acoustics, data acquistion and signal processing.Our area of focus include Automotive NVH, Industrial vibration & acoustics, audio-digital processor development, Mechanical/Structural systems diagnostics. You will be a part of a global team of dynamic and innovative team that is preferred solution partner for the industry.
Your Responsibilities
Support the NVH development of a vehicle or product design based on the overall legal and customer requirements for noise and vibration on component and vehicle level.
To specify and follow up the requirements on subsystems and components in close cooperation with other engineering functions as well as sub-suppliers.
Investigate in-service problems, develop, and recommend solutions.
Active participation in NVH test, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Provide specialized consulting to relevant departments to help solve system noise and vibration issues.
Guide in noise and vibration source fixation in both vehicle and components.
Actively establishing and shaping customer relationships.
Communicating with, advising, and supporting our customers and internal development teams
Our Requirements
B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or Physics with detailed knowledge of acoustics, structural dynamics and/or vibration control, as well as digital signal processing.
Minimum 6 years of NVH engineering experience in the automotive industry. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Body NVH, Chassis NVH, Powertrain NVH (preferably e-driveline), Sound Quality, Climate NVH, Homologation NVH, Audio and Active Sound Control.
Good Experience in data acquisition and signal processing tools of Müller BBM-VAS, Siemens Simcenter, Head Acoustics, Dewesoft and similar.
Good Experience in programming with Python, MATLAB or similar, for CAE script development or signal processing algorithm development.
Good understanding of simulations and CAE work in NVH, even if there is no hands-on experience.
Ability to perform hands-on work, assembling-mounting test objects, performing tests on rigs and similar.
Ability to lead teams and work, having a holistic approach to product development.
Self-driven, collaborative, active, solution-oriented personality
Valid driving license B.
Fluent in professional English, both written and spoken.
Meritorious
Proven CAE experience in automotive industry
Proving ground driving license (T1 or T2)
