Job Description
IBPO - Enterprise Service has created one common function to secure the work with continuous improvements with a focus in the automation and efficiency area.
We are a small team of 4 and over time we will expand. Now we are in the process in strengthen this team with 4 new architect/developer in Stockholm and/or Bromölla.
As an architect and/or developer among other things you will contribute with the implementation of ES automation tool (Midas) and be part of the administrative management of existing and forthcoming commitments. In the job assignment you will be in a team with the official role to secure ES delivery aggregated demands and requirements within the area of continuous improvements. It is therefore important that you can create an understanding of business and the flows developed or to be developed in our services.
Results
Increase automation and efficiency ratio based on understandable and measurable facts. Results of this will generate production cost savings, quality improvements and/or increase delivery capacity for the ES delivery organization.
Participate in customer implementation projects to be able to contribute in the management and development of our platforms, processes and services within the area of responsibility for the ES Automation function.
Ability to work independently, able to handle dialogue with external and internal customers, to manage an environment with various projects and operational commitments.
Independent, analytical, good ability to express themselves in speech and writing.
Basic Requirements
You should have at least 2 years experience scripting or programming.
Good knowledge about targeted platforms Unix/Linux or Windows.
Proficiency in C# and/or C is regarded as plus.
ITIL Version 3 Foundation certificate is regarded as plus.
Personal character
Structured approach, team spirit and sense of orderliness.
Ability to switch between major and minor tasks necessary.
You want to stay current with the latest technological solutions.
You have the ability to challenge the final concept and come up with creative solutions.
