hela Sverige We are looking for a Senior AD for our Retail Creative team. You will not only be a master of creating works in 2D and knowing the Adobe essentials inside and out, but you should also be able to think in 3D. Needing a competitive combination of technical knowledge, skill, and field experience. You will help lead and drive presentations including building the overall flow, story and red thread. You must think in a strong strategic manner with the market and target in mind. You will be a master at presenting to clients and building client and team relationships. You will also help lead and support new business pitches.
Position Overview
As a Senior Art Director, you'll be responsible for the execution and on-time delivery of high quality creative materials and ideas. You will not only be directing, you will also be making. You will work with the Creative Director who will oversee projects but you will still drive them forward and have ownership of your projects. Your focus will be on high quality creative delivery, timelines, working within budgets and strategic creative thinking.
Responsibilities
• Be able to lead team that is working on project.
• Lead projects from kickoff, to concept, and oversee final production
• Must be able to confidently present a project to clients
• Meet new business clients and present company as a brand
• Must build and keep good client relationships
• Generate clear ideas and concepts
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• Work with project managers in developing time estimates for projects
Requirements
• Proven working experience as Art Director
• Must have an understanding of shopper or retail marketing
• Must demonstrate strong management capabilities
• Must be able to confidently present a project to clients
• Understand full processes involved in creation process to production
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, print production, image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design programs
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant education or training

You will be joining a strong, tight-knit team that works very closely on projects. We are a group of creative Art Directors, Designers and Architects and we are looking for someone who cannot only add their unique talents to the group but also add to the creative environment, comradery and also to our Spotify play list.
Start: Flexible start date
Working hours: Full time
