Our Challenge
Securing product maturity and an optimized Certification and Deployment plan is a great challenge.
Within Vehicle Certification & Deployment (eART VCD) we are responsible to increase flow for this, we are enablers with an expectation to lead & coordinate the needed activitites to secure the Product deployment Readiness
Our scope is to act in a global perspective, to Synchronize & Prioritize Test needs for certification in Relevant Test Objects, Update Test Object to relevant status and take needed actions to secure Deployment Readiness.
About us
Vehicle Certification & Deployment (eART VCD) is a part of Product Integration & Verification.
Product Integration & Verification purpose is to increase flow for integration, testing and verification, a support to the complete product integration, we secure product maturity and value & acts as a support of the complete product integration.
Our Contribution
eART Vehicle Certification & Deployment (VCD) leads the continuous evaluation of the product deployment readiness and confirmation of integration maturity.
Our main objective is to support the developing streams with an optimized certification plan and build plan before ordering of test objects.
We are to lead the coordination of certification activities and confirm legal fulfillment before deployment & deployment of our cars.
We Prioritize, Synchronize & secure updates of test objects for certification and deployment activities.
We lead the Legal Requirement Coordination team activities and support in VMR Management.
Competence is Important
• We see that you have a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• You should have experience within Product development process, Project management, Legal requirement & Certification process, Test object management & Continuous Integration & Deployment
• We need you who are skilled within the area of technology Analysis & Verification (A&V) activities
• We need you have shown leadership skills, and that acts with an agile mindset and flexible approach
• We need you who are structured & analytical with a clear strategic mindset, that appreciate to improve/develop our processes in cross functional teams.
• We need you that are a team player with high communication skills and a sense of humor
Personality is Key
• You have a positive attitude and high social skills combined with integrity and professionalism.
• You work proactively with a focus on quality and improvement of the daily business work methods.
• You can independently plan, manage and control your work.
• As you will collaborate with many different people cross our organization, we see that you have excellent collaboration and communication skills and enjoy working agile teams
• You are team player and servant leader that creates prerequisites & processes to move fastest possible in a sustainable manner towards the common objectives
• We are a global team which means that the minimum language requirements are excellent Swedish and English verbal and in writing
