What will be your responsibilities?
As Senior App developer in the global Connectivity team, you will be involved in the entire product lifecycle - from idea to a finished product. Our core team is small, which means that you will have a great impact on what we do by influencing and contributing to our world-class solution.
In this role, you'll develop React Native applications for iOS and android and work together with the Lead Application Architect to continuously improve and evolve the app platform. The role includes tight communication with our outsourced development teams and with local and global stakeholders to refine understanding of requirements.
It also includes platform architecture, product definition, design, implementation, and deployment. You will work in close cooperation with the distributed app team, our global design team, firmware, backend developers, as well as our regional development organisations.
Your main responsibillities
As part of the global team, drive the evolution of our mobile App platform, implementing new functions and features
Integrate the App with new products and solutions
Implement and promote processes and tools for a sound management of the App platform to assure quality over time
Actively seek out collaboration and best-practice techniques with development partners, regionally as well as global

Skills & Requirements
Who are we looking for?
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
Experience from React Native development
Knowledge with native App development on android and/or iOS
Previous experience from working in Scrum teams with CI/CD process
Web front end experience (HTML5/SCSS/JavaScript/Typescript/ReactJs)
Full stack development, REST API's and AWS microservices is a plus
Dometic is an international group with English as its corporate language, you need to be confident in your communication skills in English, both speaking and writing
