We are seeking an experienced Mobile developer with expertise in Android and iOS app development using React Native. As the experienced Mobile developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile apps while ensuring seamless user experiences and adhering to UX design principles. You will manage the mobile solution lifecycle, and collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers. Additionally, you will stay updated on mobile development trends and advancements, conduct code reviews, and optimize app performance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native.
Ensure seamless user experiences and intuitive interactions through UX design principles.
Implement accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for inclusive and accessible apps.
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance.
Manage the mobile solution lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and maintenance.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize app performance.
Stay updated on mobile development trends and advancements.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers.
Perform app updates and ensure compatibility with the latest OS versions.
Stay informed about emerging technologies impacting mobile development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (4+ years of education).
8+ years of experience in React Native mobile app development for Android and iOS.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and React Native frameworks.
Experience leading and managing a team of mobile developers.
Understanding of UX design principles and creating intuitive interfaces.
Familiarity with accessibility standards, like WCAG, for inclusive apps.
Proficiency in debugging, performance optimization, and upgrades/bug fixes.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile development trends and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Agile development experience is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing past mobile app projects is desirable.
