Swedbank is doing a large scale transformation of the platforms supporting our Contact Centers across our home markets. Therefore we need a change driven Senior Product Owner. In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Play a key role in both our continues service delivery and our transformation journey
• Work in an oversight and guidance capacity
• Manages prioritizations for activities for the Continues Service Delivery
• Own roadmap and back log
• Make sure that our investments opportunities are delivered
• Navigate through our dependencies and our stakeholder's expectations
• Coordinate assignments with other teams and partner
• Keep track of risks and report to our CPO
What is needed in this role:
• Structured and self-driven
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience from managing and collaborating with third party service providers
• Experienced in agile way of working
• Analytical and have good problem-solving skills

With your high management and communication skills you will help us collaborate with not only our team but also our new partner. You will be the owner of our backlog and the prioritization to make sure that we keep on contributing to our roadmap.
