Senior and Junior Consultants
Main responsibilities
We are looking for both senior and junior level consultants with backgrounds from leading professional services organisations to join our team. As a consultant at Universum, you will deliver advice on employer branding strategy and communication for blue chip clients. You will be a part of a fast-growing consulting organisation focused mainly on clients throughout Europe. You are used to working closely with clients and you are not afraid of giving them fact-based advice, helping them increase their attractiveness. You enjoy challenges and a dynamic working environment where you will have ample opportunity to develop new service offers and influence our strategic direction.
For senior level applicants, you will quickly be taking on full responsibility for global projects, as well as taking a senior role for junior project managers. You will be able to influence the talent strategy decisions of globally leading organisations, as well as the direction of Universum?s service offer.
We expect you to have at least 3 years relevant working experience. Potential backgrounds are leading strategic management consulting such as McKinsey or BCG, experience from consumer branding strategy with a well renowned agency, or a high level position within HR for a global employer.
Professional qualifications and experience ? junior level
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience from project management including budgeting and leadership
• Fluency in English, additional language skills are a merit
• Experience from employer branding is a merit
Professional qualifications and experience ? senior level
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience from strategic consulting
• Prior experience of budget responsibility and people management
• Fluency in English, additional language skills are a merit
• Experience from employer branding is a merit
Personal qualifications
• Commercially astute and market orientated
• Excellent at managing processes and meeting deadlines
• Welcome high performance requirements
• Flexible and constructive mindset
Additional information
• While you will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, some travelling is required
• The remuneration is a combination of a fixed salary and a performance related bonus
