The offer
You'll be a integral part of the Internal Funds Transfer Pricing and Capital frameworks (IFTP& Capital Frameworks) team, where we focus on the Group's funds transfer pricing (FTP) and economic capital frameworks, which combined are central in measuring and managing the Group's value creation.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting and engaging in the creation of tools and models that support decisions in liquidity, funding and capital and overall profitability steering
• Analyzing data, performing impact studies, and proactively developing and implementing improved methodologies
• Be part of the team that supports the operation of our internal pricing process (Funds Transfer Pricing)
• Securing implementation of the Group's new IT infrastructure

Your profile and background:
• A solid quantitative background with an academic degree at master level in applied mathematics, engineering, economics and/or finance, with minimum 3-4 years of work experience, within a high performing analytics team
• Experience in banking is preferred but not essential
• Experience in working with big data, and tools such as SAS, SQL etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, in particular the ability to explain complex technical concept to non-technical senior executives
• Professional skills in written and spoken English, combined with skills in any of the Nordic languages
• Experience of capital and liquidity regulation, as well as its integration into performance management and steering
