hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Entercard Holding AB i Stockholm The Credit Risk team is responsible for ensuring that EnterCard fulfils its ethical duty to act as a responsible lender, and for securing that EnterCard does not take a level of credit risk that endangers its financial performance. Together we use modelling and analytics to set the policies that determine to whom EnterCard is prepared to lend.
Now we're looking for a new Senior Analyst to join the team
• To drive the continual development and optimisation of the full suite of Credit Risk Application, Behavioural and Impairment models through application of industry-leading analytical techniques.
• Take responsibility for defining and driving forward the Credit Risk Decision Science agenda at Entercard through ownerhip of all Credit Risk Predictive models.
• Monthly production, review and investigation of model performance, including, but not limited to, Actual versus Expected performance, Ranking Strength, Population Stability and Characteristic Analysis.
• Pro-actively identify models requiring maintenance in the form of reweight, recalibration, realignments or rebuild, making recommendations to model owners, trading off improvement opportunity with the cost of change and consideration of Operational impacts.
• Take full ownership of model development through the application of industry standard approach, considering wider business needs and the governance framework at each step.
• Identify, investigate and make recommendations based on new data opportunities for modelling both proactively and through discussions within Credit Risk and the wider group of stakeholders.
• Ensure that the Credit Risk Decision Science control environment is strong; including documentation of all Scorecards, accurate monitoring and relevant controls are operated.
• Contribute to the wider Entercard Credit Risk team and organisation through proactively sharing best-practice; input of ideas, constructive challenges and learnings from experience.
KVALIFIKATIONER
• Experience of SAS or similar programming experience is essential.
• A university degree in a numerate subject is preferred.
• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• People-focus.
• Resiliency, and focus under time-pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Well versed in Credit Risk predictive modelling techniques.
