Experienced Analysis Engineer - Safe Autonomous Drive Experience
We are looking for three engineers with previous experience in complex function development, system design or analysis & verification in automotive engineering or in any other industries where autonomous solutions are developed and operated.
You will be part of a group with competences in human factors, system safety, function design, system design and function verification and validation (V&V) with focus on ensuring a safe Autonomous Drive (AD) experience. Within the group, Safe AD Experience, we are forming a new team with a focus on minimizing residual risk before our AD solution is launched. In addition to that, the team will also be responsible for post launch analysis work, ensuring safety of our self-driving cars in operation through:
• Enabling AD fleet decision taking using data from fleet insight
• Assessing risks by monitoring and analyzing self-driving cars in operation
• Providing data-supported input for operational decision making
• Providing data-supported Input to further development of our AD solution
• Providing evidence of analysis for selected events during unsupervised driving
We would like you to use your previous experience and competence to guide and align with others in the process of developing a safe customer function and ride experience.
You will collaborate with several other teams, contributing to the development of the complete AD function.
The new risk management team will primarily have close collaboration with our AD Safe V&V team.

We believe that you have:
• An education that includes data processing, programming, and analytical methods.
• A few years of practical experience in developing methods for doing automated analysis of data and have skills for presenting the analysis results
• You likely have programming skills, preferably in Python. Having experience in building CI/CD pipelines is meritorious.
• Strong ability to collaborate and align with multiple partners.
• Experience in project management, coordination of product development with complex systems
• Experience from iterative development process and being innovative in usage of modelling techniques
Meritorious:
• Knowledge in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) functions from previous work (function development or verification)
• Experience from systemization of AD functions
• Experience in Automotive Engineering with a wide scope of product development
• Experience from Scrum or Kanban based teamwork
