hela Sverige We are on behalf of one of our customers in Stockholm looking for a consultant for the role as a Senior Algorithm Designer and Specialist in a large telecom project.
In this assignment you will be able to work with the latest technologies, solutions and applications within telecom.
Job description:
This assignment entails working with development of algorithms for Network Synchronization (Net Sync) within Radio Access Networks.
You will drive the algorithm development and develop new algorithms as well as maintain existing algorithms for Net Sync.
Keep up to date within the control algorithm area.
Build up and spread a basic knowledge of sync algorithms within the Net Sync area.
Required competence:
• At least Master degree or similar in data-communication, telecommunication or mathematics.
• At least 3 years working experience in the sync algorithm area or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of the control algorithms.
• Good knowledge and an interest in mathematics and statistical models.
• Good knowledge in signal processing.
• Good knowledge in the Net Sync area and sync related standards.
• Good skills in teaching or technical training.
• Good software programming skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Candidates must be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, self-driven, proactive and motivated.
• Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish (preferably but not an absolute requirement) and English.
Wanted competence:
• Knowledge of agile software development and process.
Start: ASAP
Duration:3-6 months with possibility for long term assignment.
Location: Stockholm
Work load: 100%
Working language: Swedish & English
