Job Overview
Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Program Lead to lead an enterprise-wide AI enablement program within a large international organization. The assignment covers program governance, AI platforms, generative AI, and the implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the business.
You will take overall responsibility for the existing AI Enablement program, ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous progress.
What You Will Work On
Lead the AI program, including roadmap development, prioritization, governance, and progress tracking.
Drive the development of the Agent Platform and AI Gateway to provide a common, secure platform for AI agents and models.
Oversee enterprise AI tools, including evaluation, governance, and performance follow-up.
Lead steering committee meetings and coordinate internal teams, business units, and external suppliers.
Ensure progress and support the implementation and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
Manage stakeholder expectations and align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure appropriate information security, data protection, and AI governance.
Conduct structured handovers at the beginning and end of the assignment.
What You Bring
Several years of experience leading AI, data, or platform programs in large organizations.
Good understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and AI platforms.
Experience with AI governance, information security, and data protection in enterprise environments.
Experience leading steering committees and reporting to senior management.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Meritorious
Experience implementing enterprise-wide AI adoption programs.
Experience with AI agent platforms and AI gateways.
Experience evaluating and governing enterprise AI tools.
Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in international organizations.
