Your role and responsibilities
As the Senior Systems Admin of Enterprise Tools, you and the team will own and manage Enterprise tools (from vendors Atlassian and BMC). You will primarily work with Atlassian Jira and Confluence where you will configure, optimize and upgrade the tool. Furthermore, work integrations and automations to enable end to end processes and help users both in the Stockholm office and internationally to be successful within the tools. You will be part of an international team with team members in the US, Lithuania and Stockholm where you will have the opportunity to collaborate close within this global community. Other responsibilities the role will entail are:
* Your key focus area will be to manage Enterprise tools used within Nasdaq's technology organization
* Support, configure, install, and upgrade the tools at hand and implement improvements to meet the company's - and user's expectations.
* Understand how users are using the tools to help guiding teams on improved ways of working.
* We believe you are eager to take on other responsibilities and projects that adds value the team and your professional development
We expect you to have
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* A couple of years of experience in Systems Operation where you have managed tools or similar in a smaller company for example
* Excellent communication skills together with a strong client service mindset
* A strong inner drive and that you thrive in supporting high demanding users in a fast paced environment
It would be great if you have
* Experience working in tools targeted to developers, eg. Atlassian Jira or Atlassian Confluence
* Familiar with cloud technology, process automation, tool integrations and scripting
* Financial industry knowledge
* Understanding of the work and needs of a Developer and Development teams
