Main Duties and Responsibilities

As Senior Administrator you will provide a professional point of contact for the departments specifically supported both internally and externally.

You will be an active member of the Administrative team, working collaboratively with colleagues to support the IMED RIA staff. You will maintain and develop processes and initiatives, promoting standard methodology and leading improvement projects. Furthermore, you will develop your personal expertise in systems used within AZ and acts as Subject Matter Expert or Super user.

You will manage customer relations professionally and be able to challenge appropriately and think strategically about the wider impact and implications of a task or activity. You have the ability to respond to complex requests on behalf of customer and work independently with little or no day to day direction required. As such, takes a dedicated approach to all administration accountabilities.

* Dedicated and provident in all aspects of travel arrangements and support with customer's expenses in a timely manner
* A need to independently plan ahead, challenges meeting plans and makes changes to ensure the best use of time
* Understands the customers' preferred ways of working and adapts approaches accordingly
* Provide excellent Customer Service always being there to help and advise the customers
* Prioritizes own work to reflect the priorities of the customer
* Organizes meeting logistics and arrange visit program and meetings for visitors
* Raises purchase orders as required and timely reconciliation of invoices
* Manage functional administration information
* Expert in the use of appropriate IT systems

Essential Requirements

* 5+ year experience of providing full administrative support to senior customers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Swedish
* Excellent administrative, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements

* Experience from an administrative role within larger international business
* Professional administrative qualification
* Knowledge of AstraZeneca business and processes
