The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Alumni Relations team with administrative tasks, managing the Alumni Association membership (Kamratföreningen), and maintaining the CRM system. We are looking for someone who is energetic, self-motivated and a problem-solver.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will cooperate closely with other functions within the External Relations Department at the Stockholm School of Economics and with the Alumni Association Board of Directors (composed of alumni). This position will be a part of the Alumni and Foundation Relations team and is led by the Head of Alumni and Foundation Relations.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting Alumni Association board meetings and the annual meeting,
• Managing Alumni Association membership and fees,
• Updating and managing the CRM system to ensure highest quality of alumni data,
• Analyzing data to help further the alumni relations and fundraising strategies,
• Processing gift/donation information, sending thank you letters, and
• Other tasks as directed.

• and has excellent written and oral communication skills (Swedish is mandatory).

It is preferred that you have an academic degree and experience from an academic setting, but is not required.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The position is full-time and has conditional tenure (SSE requires a 6-month trial period of employment). Working overtime, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Ersättning
Månadslön. Kollektivavtal med SACO och ST. Tjänstepension via Alecta. Företagshälsovård. Friskvårdbidrag. Arbetstid per vecka vid heltid är 36,66 timmar. Semesterdagar: 28 t.o.m. 29 år, 31 från 30 år och 35 från 40 år.
