To be able to meet coming challenges and also changing of rules in inventory valuation we need to strengthen the accounting department in this area. We are currently recruiting an accountant within
inventory valuation to the Nordic Accounting team. The position is based in Johanneshov.
Responsibilities
As the position holder you will be head responsible for the inventory valuation process. As Nynas AB has the major part of the inventories in the Nynas Group you will also have an overall
responsibility for the inventory valuation in the Nynas group. In this roll the applicant will be responsible for setting up internal policies, instructions and models to be used in the Nynas group.
Except this the applicant will be one member in a team that is responsible for closing the books in month- and year end. In this position you will also support controllers and managers in their work
with analyzing the financial result.
Background
The successful candidate has an academic degree (or equivalent) in accounting, with a couple of years postgraduate work experience from accounting and from inventory valuation (preferably from
processing industry). Well-developed skills in Excel are a prerequisite. Experience from being responsible or taking a great part of monthly- and year-end process is also required. You need to be
fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience from JD Edwards or other large ERP system is meriting. On a personal level you need to be able to work independently as well as in teams. You always
