Senior accountant with passion for consolidation accounting, Fingerprints, Göteborg
Job description:
As an important step to further strengthen our accounting department, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant.
As Senior Accountant, you will be based at Fingerprints' headquarters in Göteborg where you will be part of a skilled accounting team consisting of seven people. In your role as Senior Accountant, you will be reporting to the Group Accounting Manager.
The ideal candidate has excellent accounting skills and has an open mind set. The role includes reconciliations, group consolidation and analyses.
Key responsibilities:
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations in accordance with IFRS/IAS standards
• Responsible for group consolidation
• Key member in the implementation project of a new group consolidation tool
• Key contributor in preparing quarterly legal reporting to Nasdaq OMX as well as annual reports
• Follow-up and analyses of result, balance and KPI
• Ensure quality and timely reporting from the group subsidiaries
• Participation in Cash Flow Management activities and reports
• VAT and tax reporting
Location: Göteborg
Qualifications/required competence:
• Academic degree in finance
• At least five years' experience in the field of accounting, incl. group accounting and consolidation
• Strong analytical capabilities as well as a good understanding of business drivers
• As this is an international organization, it's important that you can communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
