We're always searching for ways to provide more efficient and effective support, and you'll help us get there by balancing in-house and outsourced resources in order to get the job done. You'll lead the reporting process for one or more countries and manage our outsourcing provider to make sure that quality and service level agreements are being met. It's a role with plenty of responsibility and rewards, and a great opportunity to work globally and further develop the service provided by our partners. As a Senior Accountant your main responsibilities will involve: Making sure that group reporting requirements meet high standards and tight deadlines Providing strategic direction and support to outsourced teams Managing key stakeholder relationships Reviewing and interpreting accounting requirements for major transactions Identifying and aggressively promoting opportunities to improve and standardise processes.

• A relevant accounting qualification
• Extensive accounting and reporting experience
• A track record of team leadership and service delivery
• Experience of reporting for group consolidations in a large group or shared service centre
• Supply management experience in a business process outsourcing environment
