What We Offer
You would be part of the Global Accounting Delivery (GAD) team. We are currently 400 people operating from six different countries and representing more than 30 nationalities! Our focus is to deliver compliant and quality assured financial information faster and smarter to support business decisions. In GAD, dedicated professionals are working in a dynamic and customer focused environment.
We are now looking for a Senior Payroll Accountant to be based in Gothenburg. We offer a challenging role with the opportunity to play an important part and contribute to our biggest transformation yet - becoming a fully electric brand with direct and online sales.
What You'll do
You 'll be specializing in accounting related to the area of payroll and other employee cost. You will actively participate in projects and be driving process development within area of responsibility. You are involved and responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and are continuously working closely with your colleagues locally and globally to make sure you 'll deliver a high quality service. You can also be involved in other accounting related topics within responsibility of the Financial accounting team.
What you'll bring
Competence and experience is important but personality is key! To be successful in this position you are comfortable in your accounting knowledge, and you can create and drive commitment with ease, and are not afraid of taking decisions.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Good knowledge in Accounting and of Finance processes and policies and full ability of applying these in daily operations
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Knowledge in SAP and Hyperion is preferable
• Good knowledge in excel
On a personal level
• As a person you 'll have a good business acumen and a high level of integrity. You pride yourself on being a good communicator and are able to handle different stakeholders
• Strong ability to organize multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things done
• Drives change and implementation with energy, courage and commitment
• Ability to work and be comfortable in a dynamic environment under continuous development
• Great attention to detail
