Your future with us
As an Account Manager, you will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio and make sure that your customers both are happy and keep on growing towards maximizing their GetAccept investment. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.
As Account Manager your days will consist of:
Ongoing account management to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
Work towards an Up- and Cross-Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
Develop strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team regarding onboarding and engagement to ensure that your customer portfolio thrives in the best way possible!
Manage renewals and proactive anti-churn work.

Your team
As Account Manager, you will be part of our Sales team in Sweden (who has an outstanding +92 on our eNPS ) and work together with other Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and our Marketing and Product teams. Our appreciated Sales Director, Erik Persson, will be your closest Manager and take part in your personal development.

Is it you we are looking for?

Previous experience in B2B sales gained within solution-oriented sales, preferably within tech or software.
