Now Manpower Professional recruits a Senior Account Manager on behalf of Lectra Northern Europe.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
The primary function of this position is to secure Lectra objectives by developing and implementing account strategies and action plans. You will be in charge of increasing our business share by selling multiple solutions and projects, creating value for our customers using various combinations of Lectra's very broad product and services portfolio.
Your main objectives will be to aggressively develop the business by:
• Strengthen the existing business ensuring a close customer relationship
• Increasing fashion market share
• Maintain a documented pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate reporting and communication to the management team
• Manage efficiently the sales cycle of added value propositions from lead to negotiation and closing.
• Develop an extensive knowledge base of all the local apparel industry
You will work closely together with the different teams within the Northern European Region (management, marketing, pre-sales, and service team) to build and execute the strategy. There will be regular (40%) travelling to customers in Sweden and the regional office in Belgium.
Vem är du?
With 10 years or above experience, you have a proven track record selling directly to customers (B2B), preferably with investment goods and software, and significant experience working for international companies. An advanced technical and business knowledge of the apparel processes, and expertise on our customers' processes, will help you contribute to the growth of the company and the maintenance of its market leading position. Good command of CRM tool and of basic computer skills is required as well as fluency in English.
As a person you are result driven and have an ability to cope with constant pressure (without compromising standards) by being well organized and planning time well. You have the capacity to handle a multitude of ongoing issues and an incisive mind to ensure focusing on priorities, both operational and business development, long and short term. You have first class communication and presentation skills and are often described as a good listener.
