Senior Account Coordinator
Do you share our passion for an active lifestyle? Here is an opportunity to work with a great team of people in a company with great products that inspires to live an active life. Welcome to join our Customer Service team in Hillerstorp as our next Senior Account Coordinator.

In this role you are the link between Thule and our customers and your main task is to serve our customers with the information they may need, e.g what product that will fit the customers need, delivery times, technical advises and/or claim management. Your focus is a professional response on time, a high level of service and the goal of both maintaining and developing existing and new customer relations. You will mainly work with our customers but also occasionoally with our consumers. Beside this you will fill an administrative role and support our Key Account Managers with information such as order statistcis, master data, customer accounts and pricelists.

To enjoy your new organization you need a professional attitude and a personality who thrives in a high speed and team oriented environment. We trust you have a high working capacity and ability to perform under stress. To be successful in the role you also need to be a service minded, action oriented, enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated person with a strong personal drive.

You have an academical degree within business, marketing or logistics or a longer comparable working experience together with experience from a similiar position. Experience from using ERP-systems, Microsoft Office 365 is required as well as fluency in English, both speaking, reading and writing. If you have knowledge of more languages such as German or French this is considered highly appreciated.
