WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
The purpose of the Security Risk Management Specialist role is to support and drive the execution of Oatly's enterprise risk management processes, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and information security risk.
Here's the main elements of the role...
Manage the portfolio of security risks across Oatly, focusing on key production sites and asset management.
Conduct assessments and feasibility studies, contributing to global risk understanding and mitigation.
Maintain, execute and report on security control frameworks.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (incl. SOX). Support compliance requirements and reporting.
Act as a link to the business during incidents, supporting reporting and follow-up.
Facilitate collaboration, clarity and guidance across teams.
Stay updated on emerging threats and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with IT, OT, Risk and Security Governance teams.

In this role, you will report into Director Information Security and Cyber Security at Malmo HQ.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for you who have at least 3+ years experience in security management or cybersecurity governance roles.
Familiarity with SOX, NIS2, GDPR.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar.
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC.
Experience with agile methods and tools.
Other key competencies & experiences:
Vendor risk management experience.
Experience in global, fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
Commitment to professional development and industry awareness is preferable.
