hela Sverige We are looking for a Security Manager to join our Technical Operation team. For us security and safety are always the key factors. As the Security Manager, you are working in a flexible, demanding and changing environment where you will need experience, courage and decisiveness to leverage our high standards for safety and security.
What you 'll do
• Responsible for leading and implement policies, procedure and guidelines needed for a robust safety & security culture
• Lead & coordinate security & safety initiative within our organization
• Responsible for identifying hazards on an organizational level
• Continuously assess risks to security of the company and our operation
• Put appropriate safety controls in place to avoid upcoming threats
• Lead and manage the operational security team of two employees
You will build a non-risk and incident mindset for all employees and external parties. You assist in all areas of safety and the development and maintenance of a safe environment for all employees and for all our customers throughout the organization. This role has a strong operational focus in order to set the security framework.
Who you are
You have several years of work experience within an operational role in a public or private security context as well as working with information security. You are used to audits and continuous evaluation processes and understand local and international legislation within the field. Ideally worked within a global organization, or has an understanding of working internationally.
You have a solid personality and can act with integrity and credibility. Of course you are fluent in both English and in Swedish.
